E-FirstSM Upgrades

E-First allows E-Ticket customers who check in at airport Self-service Check-in Kiosks or online at nwa.com check-in to upgrade to First Class / BusinessElite for a nominal fee. E-First is offered on a space-available basis to purchasers of select fares. E-First is available on select flights on Northwest and KLM between U.S. and Europe and Asia as well as within the 48 United States and Alaska, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
