The Elite Services Reservations Line in the U.S. and selected Asia countries are reserved exclusively for use by WorldPerks Platinum Elite and Gold Elite members. Elite Services agents are specially trained to assist you with your travel needs. This exclusive Elite Services phone number is printed on the back of your membership card for quick, easy reference. In the U.S., you may call the Elite Services number 24 hours a day, every day. Silver Elite members may call a special number for priority handling. This phone number is printed on the back of the Silver Elite membership card. Guaranteed Confirmed Reservations For our WorldPerks Platinum Elite and Gold Elite members, you’re guaranteed a confirmed reservation on most Northwest-operated flights, anywhere in the world! Simply purchase a qualifying Economy Class ticket at least 48 hours before flight departure. World Business ClassSM tickets require a 7-day advance purchase. PLATINUM ELITE MEMBERS GOLD ELITE MEMBERS * Northwest reserves the right to limit this offer in certain circumstances where it is infeasible, such as smaller aircraft service within Asia and/or during major world events, such as but not limited to: the Olympics, major auto shows, Super Bowl, etc. For reservations, please call the local Northwest Reservations office. Flights operated by Northwest affiliate airlines and code-share partners do not qualify for guaranteed confirmed reservations. Call Center Ticketing Fee Waiver & Call Center Assistance Fee Waiver Gold and Platinum Elite members are exempt from the Call Center Ticketing Fee. Gold and Platinum Elite members are also exempt from the Call Center Assistance Fee which applies to members who wish to request specific seat assignments via the telephone. Platinum Elite members are exempt from most WorldPerks fees, not including taxes, fuel surcharges or paper ticket fees. Waitlist Priority on Sold-Out Flights
Platinum Elite or Gold Elite members who make their reservations less than 48 hours in advance or wish to purchase a discounted Economy Class ticket on a sold-out Northwest flight will be given priority on the waitlist. This is an invaluable service for members with last-minute travel plans and schedule changes. Valid only on fares that allow waitlisting. Call your local Northwest Reservation Office to take advantage of this benefit. |
