Refunding Your Ticket

Learn about online refunds, including SkyMiles Award Travel mileage redeposits, and get contact information for other refund requests. If your ticket was purchased in local currency (other than USD and JPY), there may be a difference in the amount refunded due to currency fluctuations. If you prefer, you may contact Northwest Reservations or your travel agent to have your refund processed locally.
